Aluminum Cap Recycling with Eddy Current & Milling
FGME participated in the design of this installation comprising an eddy current separator and a flail mill to enable the granulation and pelletizing of the aluminum present in the caps. The separated aluminum caps are smashed in the mill for the separation of remaining attached glass in the caps. The grinded aluminum is than processed in a specific line for downsizing the metal to a proper dimension and shape.
