Continuous Metal Separation from Automotive Shredder Residues
FGME participated in the engineering of a downstream in collaboration with the company SGM (Italy).
This installation separates fines and ferrous and non-ferrous metals in a continuous flow with the automotive shredder.
The process is sieving the material in several fractions before treatment on several ferrous and non-ferrous separators. The separated metals are ready for further processing in other plants for the separation of aluminum and heavy metals.
