Advanced Plastic Recycling with Density Separation
FGME participated in collaboration with the company HERMION (NL) in the design of this plastic recycling installation (2.5T/h) for the company SIRMET (France).
The used technology is based on salted water baths at different densities to separate the PE,PP fractions from PS and ABS. The PE,PP fraction is also treated for the separation of wood impurities in the final product.
Special twisters dry the output products with a full recovery and cleaning of the water.
This installation recovers residual metals with a water table too.
